【藥理作用】

Action/Kinetics（藥物機理）: 確切機理不詳·作為苯并吡喃-吡啶羧酸衍生物，氨來呫諾具有抗炎，抗過敏的作用，能抑制化學(xué)介質(zhì)引起的遲發(fā)性過敏反應(yīng)，有拮抗白三烯等炎性物質(zhì)的作用。

適應(yīng)癥Treat aphthous ulcers in those with normal immune systems.治療免疫功能正常的復(fù)發(fā)性口腔潰瘍（阿弗它潰瘍）

用法用量Paste Aphthous ulcers. Squeeze about 0.25 inch of paste onto fingertip and, with gentle pressure, dab onto each mouth ulcer. Apply following oral hygiene after breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at bedtime. Start as soon as possible after symptoms of aphthous ulcer noted and continue until ulcer heals.

口腔清潔后，餐后（早、中、晚餐)和睡前，用指尖將氨來呫諾貼片/糊，輕壓于口腔潰瘍表面。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)口腔潰瘍，應(yīng)盡早使用，直到潰瘍愈合。

注意事項Pregnancy Category（妊娠分類）: B

Special Concerns: Use caution during lactation. Safety and efficacy in children have not been determined.

注意事項：哺乳期謹(jǐn)慎使用。兒童使用的安全性和有效性未闡明。

不良反應(yīng)Transient pain, burning, or stinging at application site. Contact mucositis, nausea, diarrhea.

少數(shù)人潰瘍面可能出現(xiàn)短暫疼痛、燒灼感和刺痛。個別病人出現(xiàn)惡心、腹瀉或接觸性粘膜炎
